FAFSA Nights 
Students and parents may receive assistance completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) during parent/teacher conferences on Thursday, October 24, from 5:30-8:30, and Tuesday, October 29, from 3:00-5:00 in the high school library. Students and parents must attend together and bring their personal information to complete the FAFSA.

College Road Trips 
MFHS students have an opportunity to visit several colleges this semester through the College Road Trip Project.  Three planned trips include visits to Ohio University and Hocking College, Scott College of Cosmetology, and West Virginia University.  An informational meeting for parents and students will be held on Thursday, October 24 at 6:00 at the high school.  This program is free for all college-bound MFHS students and includes ACT prep materials. College Road Trip Project is sponsored by a Community Impact Grant from the Community Foundation of the Ohio Valley. Students can sign up to attend one or all of the trips in the high school library.  Contact Ms. Woods at the high school with questions.
